Provider Terms and Conditions
By applying to become an AU provider, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below:
If submitting media by ticking the consent box in your AU account, you are confirming that consent has been given by a responsible adult that any persons identifiable have agreed for publication on the AU website and other publications. Please note: we cannot guarantee that photographs will not be used against other activities on the website.
Any Booking requests made online or through AU are provisional only. The provider will commit to regularly checking their account inbox and following their own procedures to collect further information, discuss the activity with the parent/carer or child/young person, discuss payment and confirm the booking with the family, responding within 7 working days of receiving the booking request. The provider will also notify Au that the booking has been confirmed using their account inbox. The Provider will then liase directly with the family concerning any changes to the activity.
The provider will take full responsibility for managing data received in their inbox/portal and will not, under any circumstances, share this information with any 3rd party organisation in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Providers are fully responsible for ensuring information held on the website is current and accurate. Activities Unlimited will moderate content submitted and have the right to refuse any inappropriate information submitted.
School Holiday Programme Deadlines.
If Providers are offering activities during school holidays and are unable to give details of full delivery for the financial year, they will commit to submitting the relevant information within agreed timescales to ensure content within the brochure is accurate.
If participants are using Individual budgets to pay for the activity the Provider will invoice AU for the value, stating the child’s name and/or AU membership number, within one month of the activity taking place. Invoices submitted after the cut-off date for the current financial year will not be paid.
It is the Providers responsibility to arange payment methods with families who are paying through their own funds or direct payments. Activities Unlimited will not be held responsible for non payment of user fees. If you would like to check if a family who books with you has an individual budget please contact the us.
Activity Cancellations and changes.
If you need to cancel an activity or make changes to time, venue etc. It is the Providers responsibility to inform the families. The Provider will also ensure Activities Unlimited are informed.
Fully Booked Activities.
If the Provider takes direct bookings it is important to inform us so we can ensure families are informed to avoid any disapointment.
