We've volunteered to take part in the current national programme of SEND Interim Visits and survey work being led by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission, and as part of that we'd like to ask for your feedback via two surveys about how you and your family have experienced the pandemic:

Survey for Parent/Carers of children with SEND

Survey for young people with SEND aged 16-25
