Service update

Dear AU Member,
 
Following Tuesday night's government announcement, we have taken the decision that our staff will no longer work in the offices, but will instead work from home with immediate effect.

We are working hard to migrate all our services with as little impact to families as possible. However, along with many other organisations, our networks were not designed to cope with so many remote connections, and so we are currently experiencing difficulties and delays in all aspects of our daily operations.

Please help us by taking special notice of the following:
 
Communicating with us

  • We are no longer able to pick up or send post, so are switching to online correspondence with immediate effect. All communication will now be by email until further notice.
  • We are still able to take phone calls. However, please do not call us over the next few days unless it is absolutely necessary, to allow us some time to transition over to the new systems. If you do call you may be asked to leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • You can also contact us via email and Facebook Messenger - please first check our Facebook page to see if your query has already been answered, as again we are receiving high levels of traffic, and many of the enquiries we are receiving have already been covered on there.

Short Break Awards 2020/2021
 
We have emailed all of you who have received a renewal pack so far. Please bear in mind we are still sending these out electronically so if you haven’t yet received one in the post please keep an eye on your emails.
 
We are aiming to begin making payments from the first week of April, but we ask for your patience in this as we anticipate there may be delays.
 
If you received a renewal pack through the post, this included a letter detailing your award for 20/21 and an agreement form to return to us. If you returned this via post prior to 21/03/20 OR if you have emailed it to us; please assume that we have received it. You do not need to do anything further at this time and your payment will be processed in due course. Please do not ask us to check if we have received your form as we do not have the capacity to do this at present.

If you returned it by post on/after 21/3/20 OR if you have not yet returned it, we are no longer able to receive it via post. Please do one of the following:

  • If you still have the form, please fill it out, take a photo of it and email that photo to info@activities-unlimited.co.uk . You do not need to also post it.

If you received a financial award in 19/20 and you have not yet received a letter about your 20/21 award, it may be that we have not received the evidence of spend of your 19/20 award. Please submit this evidence to the above email address. If you have fully evidenced your 19/20 spend but have not received a letter about 20/21, then please contact us at the above email address and we will look into this for you.
