This a reminder to those of you who have outstanding receipts to send to us and claim your second payment for this financial year - April 2018 to March 2019.
If you have a direct payment paid into a bank account, please make sure you have sent in your receipts for any spend from 1st April to now, by 31 December 2018.
We would really like to process your offer and make sure this money is paid to you within the correct time period. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive these by the 31st December we will be unable to process your second payment.

Direct Payment Agreement Form
If we have sent you a direct payment agreement and you haven’t yet completed, signed and returned it, please make sure send it back to us by 31st December 2018. We would really like to process your offer and make sure this money is paid to you within the correct time period.

Awards for 2019/20
We will contact you again in February to let you know if there is anything you need to do in preparation for this. In the meantime, please remember, you will need to evidence you have spent 100% of your AU award before we can issue another one for next year.
