To give us a clear picture of the nature of the feedback we have broken this down into four categories;
- Comment - constructive or critical view expressed about the service or delivery of the service.
- Compliment - praise received for a service or aspect of a service
- Concern - matter or issue that ordinary good practice should seek to resolve immediately, usually not needing any follow up action
- Low Level Complaint - unhappy about a service and wants something done about it.
